The withdrawal form must be completed and enclosed with your parcel containing the product(s) to be returned.
To be taken care of under the right of retraction, the returned products must imperatively reach POGGIO-SOLUTIONS:
- Before the expiry of the 14 calendar days period starting from the sending to POGGIO-SOLUTIONS of the retraction request.
- Complete with all accessories and in their original packaging.
- In perfect condition for remarketing (parts and packaging), i.e. in perfect working order, clean, not worn out, not damaged.
Products arriving at POGGIO-SOLUTIONS damaged / broken / worn / marked by improper handling for assembly in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and the rules of art or by insufficiently protective packaging during transport may be refused.
You must return the R180 according to the following procedure:
1. Place the R180 in its original pouch and packaging and place it in another carton (strong enough to protect the R180 during transport).
